  • Phillip came out for a shower leak and ended up helping us knock out a whole punch list of small things we needed done before the house went on the market. Fast, clean, and everything he touched was right the first time — no callbacks, no "well, actually." We've had him back for a few projects since then at our new home. He's just a capable, straightforward guy who does what he says he's going to do, which turns out to be rarer than it should be. Call him.

  • Had Phillip out for a leaking shower. He found it, fixed it, and didn't try to sell me on four other things while he was standing there. Showed up when he said he would. We've used him a few times since and it's been the same every time. No complaints.

  • He also did a couple extra things and I know this is a better job with little extras a plumber is trained to do. My husband installed last time and it held till wax seal started to dry out, which is common. I now see it is better to have a plumber do it properly.
